It is possible for you to use mild creams that contain aloe vera on your face for the treatment of acne during pregnancy, but you should still ask your physician about the safety of using these types of cream before you start using them to treat your acne while pregnant. You should also pay attention to the labels before purchasing any product during pregnancy, read the fine print as there is certain to be some warning ( as with most products) on whether it is recommended for women who are pregnant or women who may be breastfeeding.
It is strongly recommended that you should not take aloe vera by mouth during pregnancy, because it may cause cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and uterine contractions. It should also be avoided during breast feeding, because it can be passed on to the infant during breast feeding and cause complications for the newborn.

I would think that aloe would be good for keeping the skin on the belly in good shape. I mean free of scarring or stretch marks. I wouldn't think you would have to worry about it being unhealthy if you were to consider that many soaps and shampoos claim to have aloe in them.

In fact, I noticed my dad's care package from the hospital had a small bottle of hair and body wash that had ALOE VERA printed on the front. Of course, he's not pregnant, so that's not saying much ;)

Aloe Vera Gel is perfectly safe and has many benefits for the pregnant or breast-feeding mother.

It will help keep constipation at bay, it will assist the body by providing and helping assimilate the vitamins, minerals and amino acids necessary for good health in the mother and baby. It will ease morning sickness, lower blood pressure and stabilise hormonal upsets. It will help fight bladder and urinary infections and will kill Candida bacteria which causes thrush in pregnant women and breast-fed babies.

The use of Aloe Gelly rubbed into the skin will help with problem skin, veins, piles and avoid stretch marks.

Hello everyone
Chris here(FLPUTAH) I have six children or should i say my wife had six children( i had a supporting role  ). i would like to share some of our experiences with our use of 100% stabilized Aloe Vera from FLP.
1) my wife(jessica) is a cosmotologist and spends long stretches on her feet. During pergancy she drinks aloe vera from FLP this has stopped morning sickness, soreness and inflammation(bloating of hands and feet).
2) application of 100% stabilized aloevera gelly to the stomach area greatly reduced her stretch marks because aloevera is one of the very few natural plant sources that can penetrate down to the foundation of the skin and once there it speeds cell regeneration(skin production). if the skin grows faster it can keep up better with the expansion of the stomach skin area and help reduce stretch marks
3) all of our children have had underdeveloped digestive systems at birth. we have give them small amounts of 100% stabilized Aloe Vera from FLP and they have not been colicky and have had more regular bowl movements(in one instance we gave our oldest daughter an aloe suppository, that really helped.
these are just a few of our experiences with 100% stabilized Aloe Vera from FLP we have had many many more.
have a great day
chris

Thanks for sharing that Chris! I'm sure it will benefit other moms during pregnancy.

It's curious how some aloe vera products specify that they shouldn't be used during pregnancy when there are numerous positive testimonials.
Did you know that... ?
[*] the word aloe means “never die”
[*] you can get 6 aloe products and an aloe vera plant for free from this website.
