Aloe vera for oily hair

If you have oily hair - like me - add some aloe vera juice to your conditioner. I don't really use juice, I dilute Aloeride pills with warm water. (And that's because Aloeride is the purest aloe vera you can get on the market.)

Repeat the process every two days. Oily hair occurs because of the excessive oils produced by the sebaceous glands.

Additionally, you should also increase your intake of vitamin E; like eating a of wheat, almonds, sunflower, hazelnuts etc.

What remedies do you know for oily hair?
Did you know that... ?
[*] the word aloe means “never die”
[*] you can get 6 aloe products and an aloe vera plant for free from this website.
