Hi slithise, and welcome to the forum.
Aloe vera needs moderate to bright lighting and low watering. Basically whenever the soil becomes dry, about 2-3 weeks. It thrives in bright light, like a cactus, so keeps it within 5 feet of an east or west facing window. If it gets too big for the pot, change it.
If it's inside, watering can be as little as once a month. If it's outside, try every 2-3 days.
I'm afraid Greece has too harsh winters for you to grow it out door. Consider putting it in a large pot with good draining and bring it inside when the weather gets cold.
The soil should be fat and sandy, as aloe vera is related to cactuses.
Did you know that... ?
