Is there any advice to make your face look more young in long time? I think just to drink multivitamin or suplement is not enough. The power of mind is also contribute of it, if people stress and thinking hard about their love world, their work world, they will look more old than their real age.

I think to look young you have to mainly balance your diet and also regularly exercise to keep your body fit and fine. You have to keep yourself out of the stress, eat enough water a day. Wake up early in the morning sleep in time at the evening. You should try to maintain a healthy routine.

To look younger, one is required to live a healthy life.

Do regular exercises and drink lots of water every day.

Drinking water regularly helps in maintaining the moisture balance in your skin making it smooth and glowy always......

Once I was asked what is the trick to live long life because it runs in my family.

So, I talked to my grandmother and I talked to my grandfather separetly. The message that I received was not simple thing to do, but rather a long living well formula that consists of good nutrition, being active, excercising brain, strong family life....

Similiarly, here, to look younger, one is required to live a healthy life, not to overdo with exercising, eat well, often but not too much and be happy because smile is half way there.

The easiest and most overlooked or forgotten on a daily basis is (as someone mentioned) drink lots of water. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, more if you do a lot of exercise.
I just wanna regrow hair!
