How is my plant doing?
Should I buy a wider pot, or wait?
How can I make a new plant from this plant?

:)

Hi and welcome to the forums! That's a great contribution as your first post here, with us.

Your plant is lovely! It looks very healthy. But you do need a new pot. Try a wide ceramic pot and some sandy soil.

Just a heads up... those yellow spots are signs of overwatering :geek:

When you get a wider pot, smaller plants called "pups" will start showing up. Wait until they're around 3 inch tall and put them in another pot.

Good luck and let us know how it goes! ;)
Did you know that... ?
[*] the word aloe means “never die”
[*] you can get 6 aloe products and an aloe vera plant for free from this website.

Attached is a photo of my plant. I wonder if I can cut of the top and stick it in soil to grow roots?

They're lovely looking plants, sorry I'm a bit of a newb but will extracting the aloe vera from them ruin them or is it possible to do it without harming the plant?
