Well, all plants grow better outdoor because that's the way mother nature intended it to be so just try to create similar conditions indoor as outdoor. Go for chambers with good light and airing.
Did you know that... ?

As an indoor houseplant, Aloe plant care is very easy.

Select a pot or container that fits your room decor. It should have holes in the bottom for good drainage.

Aloe prefers full sun, but will tolerate a light shade.

Plant roots spread wide, but are shallow in the soil. Water thoroughly. Then, allow the soil to dry between waterings.

Our only complaint about this great plant, is it can become top heavy and fall over, uprooting itself from the soil.

Fertilize once a month for best growth. Or, use fertilizer spikes.

Aloe is very simple to grow, you just want to refrain from over watering, it's really easy to do, you know when you see the spots.

We grow 10 Aloe plants in our showroom, and keep them by the window. They do Great!
I also keep one on my desk when I work.

With just a little knowledge Aloe growing can be fun, and what you get is one of the most beneficial of all plants (in my humble opinion) and can be used for so many things.

If you grow plants, and don't have an aloe vera plant. You are doing yourself an injustice.

I bought from home depot a pack of T8 32 Watt 6500k 10 bulbs for $24.95, and a light fixture (make sure it says T8 Tubes 32W only) for $15.90. You only need 2 bulbs for the fixture so you can sell the rest or buy a 2-pack, but there were no 2-packs in that color temperature so I got the 10-pack. With this setup you can keep aloe in your house all the time and it should provide adequate lighting. I keep it in the laundry room where it's well-aired and warm, hanging from underneath some overhead cabinets. You can try keeping it in the kitchen since it should be warm.
