Well tobacco has no advantage it will just give you cancer but Coffee has good advantage and I see that you drink coffee a lot. Here are the advantages we get from drinking coffee.

Advantages:
1) Coffee increases the mental alertness & also helps in the short term memory.
2) Drinking coffee will decrease the risk of Gallbladder diseases.
3) Coffee reduces the chances of getting diabetics.
4) Drinking coffee will release your headaches.
5) Coffee will also help you managing Asthma.
6) Coffee is NOT addictive, If you drink it regularly it can be treated as your habit not as an addiction.

coffee contains chicory which is mildly addicting , about tobacco please avoid it , it contain nicotine which is a potent vaso constrictor and chemokine , it has been clearly proved to be a major risk factor for diseases like Oral Submucous Fibrosis , Coronary Heart Diease and Essential Hypertension, also Tobacco can cause COPD

Coffee is good if it's not used too often. Try aloe vera instead of coffee for an extra energy boost in the morning.
Did you know that... ?

I'm a back-and-forth smoker and have tried to quit before. When I did, I was working out harder and eating harder to distract myself. I found I put on some lean mass and was happy with the result. I wonder what the supposed 30% affect on the metabolism rate can do to you.
I read that nicotine increases resting metabolism by 10%. I'm not sure how true this is, but as many smokers can attest, it does make your heart beat faster and more effort needs to be made to breathe. Smoking is nasty and I hope to quit one day. When I do, I will be sure to workout more to counteract the likely bingeing and drop in metabolism.
If only smokes didn't taste so good with coffee, after a warm meal and with alcohol.

This conversation seems like people trying to rationalize their bad habits. Drinking water is better than drinking coffee and not smoking is better than smoking. END OF STORY :)

Coffee can definitely be bad for you if you drink too much of it. Coffee has a tendency to yellow your teeth and frankly, the caffeine can be a bit much if drank in excess. Caffeine is technically a drug and if it speeds up the heart too much, it can have an adverse effect on your body.

Tobacco, on the other hand, has no positive properties to it. Most (if not all) tobacco products contain nicotine -- an addictive property that leads to the consistent consumption of the product. Tobacco products are also the #1 cause of certain mouth and lung cancers. So far, I have yet to see coffee causing any type of cancer.
Silver Nanoparticles are good for the body!
